Manifest to expand Provider Collective into Ohio and Indiana markets

GRAND RAPIDS,Michigan – May 26, 2026 – Manifest, a healthcare solution design studio, today announced it will broaden the geographic footprint of the Manifest Provider Collective to support more employers across the Ohio and Indiana markets.

Building on the momentum of Manifest’s work in Michigan, the planned expansion is designed to connect more employers and agencies with a collective of high-value, local healthcare providers, helping companies offer better access to care, an improved employee experience, and a more effective way to actively manage healthcare costs.
